Dr Donna Murray leads MW Coaching.

Donna has over 28 years of experience of working in Higher Education, 3 years at the University of Adelaide, and 25 years in the Scottish sector.  Donna was Head of Academic Development for undergraduates and taught postgraduates at Edinburgh, before she left to establish her coaching company.

Donna's main expertise is in Executive coaching to enhance an individual's approach to strategy, leadership, and self-awareness.  Coaching teams to work together more effectively is also a focus.
